VeDATA MAP 2.0™ is an application that provides the client a visual diagram of how a corporation creates, amasses and circulates electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the organization. The map provides the corporation with a comprehensive guide to the organization’s systems and processes, determines the organization’s software and hardware life cycles, and identifies legacy systems for Rule 26 requirements or general litigation readiness.

The map will provide corporations the ability to identify the ESI that is “accessible v. non-accessible” in order to respond to electronic discovery requests as it pertains to litigation, regulatory investigations and/or compliance issues. In addition, the map will be the foundation by which the corporation can create a legally defensible litigation response program.
