Karl Wetzel has brought his twenty-three years of public and private sector litigation experience to Visual Evidence and is currently Vice President of Electronic Discovery Services. Karl’s first hand experience in electronic discovery litigation matters provides him with the unique ability to consult with law firms, corporations and government agencies. His best methodologies are employed in response to litigation, investigation and compliance actions. Karl’s primary focus is to ensure Visual Evidence’s clients avoid any pitfalls surrounding electronic discovery by providing expert consultation on specific matters and litigation response planning.
Karl also directs the regional sales for E-Discovery concentrating on large law firm and corporate solutions. Karl’s background as a litigator and electronic discovery consultant provide Visual Evidence clients with security and guidance from actual practice. In addition, Karl conducts presentations for law firms, corporate counsel, bar association groups, government agencies and various public and private organizations regarding electronic discovery.
Karl attained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1984 from the John Marshall College of Law and is currently completing his LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Akron. Karl was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1984, the U.S. District Court, District of Ohio in 1996, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1999.
