The qualified candidate will have law firm or service bureau experience and be knowledgeable in the area of litigation and litigation technologies. The candidate must also be able to present our E-Discovery and Trial Support Services in a consultative approach to determine the needs of our clients. An ability to understand the following services and how they relate to the Litigation process is essential.

• Electronic Data Discovery (EDD)
  
• Web Based Document Repository
  
• Discovery Production
  
• Trial Consulting
  

The candidate must have major law firm or 3rd party vendor with litigation support experience in Litigation Technology, which includes E-Discovery, scanning, ASP hosting and litigation software such as SANCTION, SUMMATION, TRIAL DIRECTOR, etc.
