Daniel D. Copfer, Sr., Principal
Dan brings 20+ years of strong foundation of experiences and training in graphic arts, visual communication, litigation technology and case management in serving Visual Evidence’s clients. His reputation is built on his ability to create a powerful courtroom communication strategy that conveys critical information and evidence more memorably to juries and courts, and more effectively than opposing counsel.
Dan and his company have consulted throughout the United States on a wide array of cases, offering law firms a highly specialized service with the potential to profoundly impact the outcome of a case. He is a frequent speaker and panelist for legal associations and conferences such as the Demonstrative Evidence Specialists Association (DESA), national, regional and local bar associations, and legal conventions. He has also written articles for a variety of legal journals during his career in the legal industry. Dan has been recognized by the following organizations:

Manfred Troibner, Principal and Co-Founder
Manfred is a co-founder of Visual Evidence and serves as Director of Marketing for the firm. He supports the firm’s local and national sales and heads large-scale project management for complex legal cases. With over two decades in sales and business development, Manfred brings a wealth of insight and experience in delivering medical illustrations, 3D scale models, video recreations and animation solutions for his clients preparing for court. Over the years, Manfred has given hundreds of presentations to major corporations, law firms and local and regional State and Federal Courts on the subject of trial preparations and advanced technologies for the courtroom.
A skilled model maker, clients retain Manfred to create 3D scale replicas that make their case easier to understand, while captivating a jury. His scale models have included:
- Motorized machines
- Industrial products
- Architectural and topographical models
- Anatomical models
Prior to co-founding Visual Evidence, Manfred was an Art Director for American Greetings Corporation, a Cleveland-based Fortune 500 company. He also owned a graphics firm that provided design and marketing services to national and international corporations, and has been an innovator in the computer graphics industry for several decades. Linda Weber, Senior Litigation Consultant
Linda has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal industry, focusing a significant part of her career assisting attorneys in their litigation efforts as a key member of the Visual Evidence team.
She has extensive expertise in high technology presentations and courtrooms, assisting attorneys in the creation of demonstrative evidence from inception to delivery. She has worked with jury consultants, focus groups and testifying experts in coordinating demonstrative evidence exhibits for the courtroom.
Linda provides support for local and national sales for Visual Evidence, and is instrumental in delivering large-scale project management for complex legal cases. Linda’s many years of experience in sales, project management and business development allow her to identify and focus on the needs of clients, as well as emerging courtroom presentation technologies. Additionally, she speaks frequently at seminars and law firms on the topics of advanced trial technologies for the courtroom.
